Description du poste à pourvoir: WTS R&A Studio Tributario is looking for a Junior Tax Consultant to expand its tax team, specifically in the areas of compliance, tax returns and corporate tax consulting.The candidate, with up to 3 years' experience, must have excellent English language skills, ability to work in a team, problem solving approach.Professional qualification as a Chartered Tax Accountant is not a prerequisite.Our firm offers the opportunity to practice to take the exam required for registration as a Chartered Tax Accountant.We offer a knowledge-centered and cooperative-oriented work environment with exciting opportunities for learning and development.Person Specifications:The ideal candidate is a team player who is able to manage tax compliance for companies, advises clients on Italian tax matters and is willing to enlarge his/her knowledge and competence at an international level.Responsibilities:• Manage tax compliance and advisory• Manage the preparation and review of tax returns• Manage compliance with tax laws in all tax aspects including VAT, corporate tax• Improve taxation knowledge in transfer pricing, double taxation, EU Directives, CFC and Pillar Two rulesDesired Skills and Experience• up to 3 years of relevant corporate tax advisory and compliance experience• MSc Economics/Accounting/Finance and (not essential) CPA designation• Extensive corporate tax knowledge incl. good practices in tax administration, strong knowledge of tax law code, compliance, and procedures for corporations, experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements• Ability to work well with international stakeholders and communicate the benefits of tax initiatives• Good organizational and interpersonal skills• Aptitude for working in a multigeographic team• Strong oral and written communication skills, including sound presentational skills.
