With a view to strengthening our Consumer Healthcare Marketing area, we are offering an opportunity as Brand Manager.
In this role, you’ll focus on brand & positioning by develop and execute an excellent brand strategy aligned with business goals and global strategy.
This role offers the chance to make a truly visible impact in a dynamic, fast-evolving market.
For this role we require:
- Develop and execute marketing plan of the target brand according to global strategy & business goals, with a cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, external partners and global team.
- Lead the entire lifecycle of products, from development (only for local needs) and launch to ongoing marketing and product enhancements
- Guide and coordinate, in synergy with external agencies, all communication brand activities
- Ensure all communications reflect the brand’s values and voice
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competition to inform brand strategy
- Studying and analyzing sales, sell-in and sell-out and market research data & reporting on competitor activities and launches (competitive intelligence)
- Analyze key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Detect opportunities, adapt, and change as needed, based on consumer demands, market needs and company objectives.
- Ensure that all brand activities and materials comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Cross-functional collaborations with various departments to ensure consistency ang alignment as well as tackle new opportunities.
- Define and manage effectively the budget allocated
We require the following skills and abilities for this role:
- Economic or Sciences academic background (a post-graduate course in Pharmaceutical Marketing will be considered a preferential requirement)
- At least 4 years of work experience gained in the marketing department of consumer healthcare companies as Brand Manager.
- Experience in analyzing market data (IQVIA) & financials (P&L ownership)
- Experience in development and implementation of digital & social media campaigns
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel), accompanied by strong analytical skills.
- Fluent knowledge of the English language
-Proactive, flexible and open-to discussion person, with good communication and relational skills, results-oriented and a strong problem-solving attitude.
